the Democratic Peoples Republic of Magaland (rising evidence of authoritarianism)

It is standard procedure for anyone with a drug charge re entering the country he is not an isolated case .
What would someone class as a cold shower
2 hours at American customs do you think this is long ?
Have you ever travelled to the US you will find they are one of the most strict custom officials in the world when they tell you to do something you do it even the simple instruction of stand behind the line till called will have them at you
two hours is a long time to me and the customs officials are no worse than other authoritarian regimes. I think they made an example of him, perhaps because he prevaricated or wasn't directly honest about his previous conviction. When they ask a question it's best to answer it to the point - most o' y'all would be ****ed to a fare-thee-well, the way y'all answer questions in here.

Even as a UK or EU citizen and prob many other countries the minute you present your passport at US custom all your convictions are there for them to see . Which they will then quiz you on and even give you a heads up if you have forgot them . So best just telling them
But as i said no they didnt make an example as its standard procedure for drug related think he got out quite quick at 2 hours

No i can genuinely see notch doing a brexit u turn and hailing teflon don as the new messiah
Trump is failing more and more every day.

It’s a delight to watch his brainwashed cult followers twisting themselves inside out trying to justify his lies.

Trumps polls ratings are falling faster than a whores drawers :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

I wouldn't say they singled him out since American customs are super-tight about any drug related offence, but two hours in a small room with gentlemen without a sense of humour and a large supply of latex gloves must feel a lot longer.

So are you saying your boy has convictions and it didnt hinder him ?
And transiting and entering and staying are two different things are they not
No, he doesn't.

Are you saying all those people mentioned in the article had convictions?

They may be two different things, but all the airports I have transited through outside the EU have the same rules whether you leave the airport or not.

Edited for clarity.

as its standard procedure
So why has the foreign office issued warnings about travel to Trumpland?

The foreign office have a list of authoritarian regimes where it’s dodgy to visit…..and Trumpland is now one of them.

gas112 says: aggressively questioning tourists is standard procedure :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

So every example in the article they were not just ordinary tourists they were all up to something or not declaring all information .
Nothing new there i remember back in 1998 it being in national press that a guy got refused entry for not declaring he had smashed a window when he was a teenager about 20 years previous . Pure and simple declare everything as it always has been ...

.
Perhaps i should make a big issue about US customs officer panicking telling me not to move and stand still as he shouted a supervisor over to look at the xray screen with our baggage . Only for the supervisor to start laughing and say its a hair dryer not a gun . Sorry sir they guy is new and they can look a bit suspicious
.
.
Heaven forbid a country wants to protect its borders about time we did.

America is now a hostile place for tourists, no wonder people don’t want to visit since it became Trumpsh1tland
