Can we ban smoking in pubs "right now" Because we're sick of coming home stinking of the stuff on our clothes..Not only as it cost the price of a night out for 2...But also 2 dry cleaning bills....


and another gripe is these new halogen lights on some cars...seem to Dazzle.

those lights are some form of fast warm-up induction lamp - they have control gear etc. Think some use mercury lamps - thats where the blue tint comes from. They are meant to have "levelling mechanisms" which prevent the brightest part of the beam from pointing at anyone, but they dont work (i get dazzled by them all the time, this is my basis for "they dont work"). Whats wrong with good old regular lights? They make light and dont blind people in the process. Bring them back. Now.
