There is no such thing as an accident..There is a reason for everything, she is either incompetent or a Facist. Either way she isn't fit for the job that she does and charges should be brought against her.

Of course you can have "accidents" with modern tech, esp. touchscreen mobiles.
But, based on the opinion of my Tw@tter-competent colleague, this "accident" is equivalent to pocket-dialling the camera up, swapping the mode to "panorama", and turning off the flash setting.

Pocket dialing isn't an accident... You know that it can happen and yet you still keep your phone in your pocket. How is that an accident?, it is neglegence..

Not really, if your screen is locked, then you will either dial 999 or 911... If you don't lock your phone and shove it in your pocket and it dials a random number then again it is neglegence.

I agree.. surly to like and retweet a comment does actually require some deliberate action. To carry out one of those actions could be passed off as not checking what you are doing but both..?

No, just because I can't be bothered to go and try and find where you admitted it, doesn't mean that you didn't say it, and for you to now deny it, I'm afraid makes you the liar. Having aspergergers, I don't do lies, my problem is that I do the brutal truth, so no, you can call me a liar as much as you like, but I'm not one. It is of course possible that I was mistaken, and you could have been having fun by admitting you were Himmagin, but from my memory, you'd been complaining about others asserstions about you, but I can't remember whether you quit the site in protest, or were banned because of all the accusations you were sliinging about.
And I will still remain on the list of liars, not because I am one, but because that's where you want to put me.
