Rendering is extracting by melting, therefore dripping is rendered.Lard is rendered pig fat .
Rendered beef fat is tallow.

We had Knights soap company in North Woolwich and Ziff meats in Beckton that did that. They absolutely stunk! We used to call Ziff meats "Whiff meats".Its two chief uses are an ingredient in dog food or in soap production.

Try the andouillette - I thoroughly recommend it! Best accompanied with a side of gizzards.I haven't ventured to much into their food we will in August for our holiday that's what I'm really looking forward too. Love their bread.
