The route into Innsbruck airport is an eye opener. All you can see outside the aircraft is mountain sides.
Try Jackson Hole. If you reach through the gaps in the fuselage you can touch them. The pilot brings his daughter out of school with a thermos of coffee for in-flight refreshments. After a great landing you taxi past the yard of planes that were only good.
Do you drink out of a paper cup when your up there in the big bird?
