Well cant see any harm in them and yes i myself have a caravan and yes i will be travelling shortly has soon has the weather gets better and i could be piching right next to you.

Why should we have to put up with their blatant law abuse. Law abiding people could not get away with the things they do so why do the police turn away. Can't do anything/our hands are tied. Well bl**dy well untie them. Try bringing too many giggs through customs. loss of your vehicle and the ciggs. The law can do it to us why not them. They are above the law, are they? Don't tax your vehicle, off with your head you law abiding, home owner, hard worker, tax payer, local tax payer, national insurance payer. They pay fu**all and contaminate wherever they stay. Enough already stop them now.

The BBC have just run a a very good series on Travellers late on BBC2 tues nights I believe, very insightful ,
All I can say it stopped my preconceptions on them , it was insightful an eye opening , living like third class citizens in a nomadic livestyle,
Dont get me wrong I kept wanting to scream at the tv at times, well go live in a house ,get a proper job an pay taxes....
when they were whinning/moaning about how hard done by the locals they are ...
being moved on etc ...
I have met many Iriosh Travellers who worked on building sites,in all trades an I can say they do know how to graft hard an do a very good job ....
maybe those rogue tarmac gangs you hear of are like the many English conmen we see on "House of Horrors"

Just found out the same travelers have knock over my cousin, don't know the in's and outs yet, but he's in intensive care, was near death but stable at the min.
