Victims were majority white (52%) but disproportionately black (32%) with a fatality rate 2.8 times higher among blacks than whites. Most victims were reported to be armed (83%); however, black victims were more likely to be unarmed (14.8%) than white (9.4%) or Hispanic (5.8%) victims.

It isn't about deliberately killing people because they're black, most of the time at least.

Pretending there isn't something wrong with that is just stupidity. Almost as stupid as someone saying the US police deliberately kill black people for kicks on a regular basis (which no one has said here that I've noticed).

This is what police in the states are up against.....

The black resists arrest then all hell breaks lose. The brave officers (fully armed) are lucky to get away with their lives.

When I was in the states and pulled over by state troopers, I was ordered to place my hands on the wheel. Which I did.
