IIRC, Assange was accused of rape not for the pecker-penetrative element, because he ignored the other party's request that he "bag up" (that being a definition of "rape" in Sweden).

Ergo, "rape" has different definitions in different jurisdictions.

It's also the same here. It's called "stealthing". a Guy got 4 years recently for removing a condom and another 14 for doing the same with a sex worker.

I have to say, I don't see this kind of rape on the same scale as hiding in a bush and jumping a stranger
