acceptable
They borrowed a pencil and managed to scrawl in a box in an apparent attempt to 'get their country back'
Thats true, leavers didnt appreciate the insidious nature of the EU. The EU tentacles pervade through everything. There is no way to escape, whatever we do, we will have to pay for Junckers Cognac in perpetuity. Cheers
With a mind like that I bet you could write a blockbuster espionage novel....NOT
You know you have lost any argument when all you have to appeal to is emotion. I honestly thought you were one of the more evolved leavers but alas even you seem to have fallen foul of that brain disease that infects the leavers.
My hopes and prayers are with you.
It was written tongue in cheek.
And yes it is true, leavers didnt understand the level of integration the UK has with Europe. Remainers constantly bang on about how those that vote leave were stupid, but the fact is, the average guy in the street has no understanding of the EU. Remainers should blame Cameron for pandering to Tory Eurosceptics.
The EU may not be what the leave campaign portrayed, but it has become a hugely powerful and rich organisation that suffers from mission creep.
How is it emotional to say the EU pervades every aspect of our life. Brexit is showing that it does, nobody knew how much before. I am pointing out that is the reason we cant leave, but leavers had no idea how integrated the EU is with the UK.
But surly, emotion and passion are what makes us human, not praying. To remove those qualities would leave us as no more than pocket calculators.
Even one of the leading Brexiteers in the cabinet did not understand the complexity and admitted it in the recent Chequers meeting. And yes it is true, leavers didnt understand the level of integration the UK has with Europe. She (Claire Perry) also stated that either DD or BJ had realised after the referendum how difficult it was going to be. (about 20 minutes in) Something which he thought would be simple prior to the referendum, and therefore something which he had campaigned on. But he did not have the honesty or integrity to admit his mistake to the Quitters that he had duped.

In fact, he admitted that he thought it would be easy. No wonder he resigned!
It is a shame you did not ignore him two years ago:Im not sure you refer to, David Davis? He resigned because he couldnt support chequers agreement.
If you mean Boris, well best to ignore what he does. TM shouldve got rid of him a year ago.

they are reduced to speculative gutter-press allegations against EU politicians.
When eeyore claims that gutter-press speculation is true, without a shred of evidence, we know he is lying.Or about Juncker being an alcohol dependant. Which is not an allegation, its true. Speculative......not
