Why have the UN not followed up on this?
Ask them?

"The Chamber found that the alleged conduct of Mr Netanyahu and Mr Gallant concerned the activities of Israeli government bodies and the armed forces against the civilian population in Palestine, more specifically civilians in Gaza."

"The Chamber also found that the alleged crimes against humanity were part of a widespread and systematic attack against the civilian population of Gaza."

"Finally, the Chamber assessed that there are reasonable grounds to believe that Mr Netanyahu and Mr Gallant bear criminal responsibility as civilian superiors for the war crime of intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population of Gaza. "

You are triggered here, calm yourself down. Let me tell you all about what the problem is. Israel settlements are the problem, it can be looked upon as provocative I agree, the Palestians are the occupiers and ths was through the British and the French dividing it up and calling it Palestine, originally after WW1 the Jews were promised that they would be given Palestine as their home so that they could go back there, then the French and the British renaged on this. So it isnt really the fact that the Israelis have settled there but hamas has taken over and make no mistake here, most of the Palestinians are in agreeance with hamas and are with them in their reign of terror and their terror activities. Look at Oct 7th for proof of this, there were celebrations in the streets from the Palestinians over this massacre. So you go off and support this terrorist regime and make out that the Israelis are the problem and that the poor Palestinians are the victims here. There will be no peace whilst hamas exists.

Following on from the discussions yesterday about the complex history of all this, going back thousands of years, is it your conclusion that Palestinians are occupying land that you believe really belongs to the Jewish people?

No mention of children being shot through the head by IDF snipers.

Why do you think that might be?

C'mon, "intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population of Gaza"? Where does it say adults only?

The Christian population in this region is barely or never mentioned in these threads.

'The Christian population in Gaza shrank from 5,000 before Hamas took over the area to only 1,000 in October 2023, the report found.

Bethlehem also serves as an example of Christians undergoing forced conversion to Islam, a phenomenon that Gaza’s Bishop Alexios, warned of in 2016. "Christians who converted to Islam did so under threats and violence," Alexios said at the time.

"The mass exodus of the Christians risks undermining the survival of Christianity in its birthplace," the report added.'

Yeah, we'll have it back thanks.

They are such a small minority that they don't really factor into the big picture. IMHO.

But I have just seen your second post, so I get what you mean now.

Good grief, a stream of logical fallacies and falsehoods.
