Vaillant EcoTec 428 configuration issues for Hot Water Only

Just fitted VRC430f +VR65 to existing ecotec plus 428. Looking for answer to same problem as Tommcdonna and tried The831bunny answer to tweak d77 and d78. It worked ! Boiler does not start on full load if d77 adjusted down and modulates correctly at the d78 temp. Need to watch out though - even if d77 down to 5kW cannot get boiler to modulate well at 70degreesC, but works perfectly at 8kW and 75degreesC - constant modulation ! When heating is on with water, the boiler load reverts to d0 setting and full load for 1st minutes as mentioned already here.
