I was reading a few bits and pieces on other threads/sites, this boiler apparently doesn't have a DHW flow temperature sensor but derives it from the primary flow and return sensors, one poster said the boiler cycled when both of these approached 75C, a new PCB finally cured his problem.
The DHW setting range is apparently 35C to 65C., setting 1 to 9? on your boiler so the recommended setting of 6 should be 50C.
I would suggest opening the hot tap fully, turn the boiler DHW control to minimum, 1 = 35C, measure this flow rate and temperature (if possible or estimate it) if the boiler runs continuously take a photo of the gas meter and say after exctly 120 secs take another photo, a few calcs will then tell something.
