Wait, here's another from 2004 and explains more about adenovirus-based vaccines which the AZ one is (adenovirus-based SARS-CoV-2 vaccine). Not like it, or similar to, or pretending to be, but is.

Posts crossed, but as it happens I gave one example which contradicts what you say. You can't say that every vaccine produced by a similar method
is "the same". Different carriers, adjuvants etc, apart from their proteins which necessarily are different or it wouldn't work.

If humans had previously seen the same monkey-virus vector AZ uses, there would be antibodies fighting it.

Conversly, vaccine is being used.

Because it does work.

Poor justin can't quite grasp the difference.

Link for the majority of Covid hospital patients please. Say in Nigeria, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Bangladesh.
I wasn't aware you were planning on traveling. I was referring to the UK.
"Recovery is..." Eh, what?
Its one of the studies that showed Hydroxycholoroquine doesn't work, and that Dexamethasone does. I keep forgetting people don't actually do much 'research' on how treatments get tested.

I know what Dexamethasone is, it's quite different.
You're right. It has been proven to work. It's even cheaper than Ivermectin I believe and its very widely produced and used.

But you stil haven't said what you think of it, for a bonus would you take it?

EG the monkey adenovirus AZ uses, hasn't been used before

Well not quite if you check the dates on these. The AZ vaccine has the same prefix "ChAd".

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3868203/

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5718829/

"Chimpanzee adenoviral (ChAd) vectors have been developed as vaccine candidates for multiple infectious diseases and prostate cancer. ChAd vectors are safe and induce antigen-specific cellular and humoral immunity in all age groups, as well as circumventing the problem of pre-existing immunity encountered with human Ad vectors. For these reasons, such viral vectors provide an attractive platform for stockpiling vaccines for emergency deployment in response to a threatened outbreak of an emerging pathogen. Work is already underway to develop vaccines against a number of other outbreak pathogens and we will also review progress on these approaches here, particularly for Lassa fever, Nipah and MERS."

And the three or so antivirus mechanisms it exhibits

at what dosage rates?

as far as I know Ivermectin has only been shown to have potent activity against SARS-CoV-2 in vitro.

There are studies ongoing, but thus far I don’t know of any large scale, high quality, double blind studies that show its effective.

Meta analysis reaches the same conclusion.

From cochrane library:

“Based on the current very low‐ to low‐certainty evidence, we are uncertain about the efficacy and safety of ivermectin used to treat or prevent COVID‐19. The completed studies are small and few are considered high quality”

https://www.cochranelibrary.com/cdsr/doi/10.1002/14651858.CD015017.pub2/full

there are claims the large scale studies are designed to fail due to low dose criteria….but who knows, the internet is awash with “big pharma” conspiracies

Poor JohnD just writes without thinking, or reading. Any old rubbish will do, eh?
How many times have I referred to COUNTRIES WHICH DON'T HAVE ENOUGH VACCINE. Which covers a few billion people.

Furthermore, if you were one of the few who was in a bad way post full vaccines, with Covid, you'd still welcome a therapeutic, would you not.
Also - gawd this is kiddies' level stuff - if you were one of the vaxx refusers , it would be too late once you turned up at hospital.

Fully aware of that, but not this one - or the vaccine wouldn't work.
It's simple.

What is the benefit in buying horse-wormers that don't prevent, cure or mitigate Covid? They'd be better off spending their money on something that does work.

Of all the millions of established and off-patent drugs and other treatments, what made you seize on this particular one, even though it doesn't work?

JD you're getting tedious. You need to learn to read. Is this post going to be deleted?
