why on earth does any user need to understand how a controller works... we are all on computers I would suggest a very small percentage of people here really understand what it does or how it works...

I totally agree that installers need a higher level of training than the users and thats is not available..

as for tweaking controls its all down to familiarity...much the same as a washing machine microwave or any other domestic appliance...
