Weight loss

I did 16-8 for a while and it wasn’t that hard as I don’t like loads to eat in a morning. My first meal was at 1pm.

As above the right ratios of the food groups and a little bit of patience and the weight comes off.

I enjoy red wine a little too much so could probably do with starting again.

If your BMI is over 30 you can get weight loss pills from your GP. Over 35 and you might get the appetite suppressant medication.

I am thinking of the 16-8 intermittent fasting myself as I am not a morning eater. I just have a cuppa tea for brekki and am good to go.

Have any of you got a fool proof diet that doesn’t take up too much willpower
There are no fool proof diets, a diet that works for one person may be in-effective or even harmful to other people

I comfort eat and have let myself go;

Most effective solution would be finding another source of comfort to remove the need to comfort eat.

I doubt this would help..

I've come a different way.. I lost nearly 3 stone to just under 10.

I'm now about 10½ stone. Just right ✅️ for me and now it's about maintaining this weight.

Every morning I have Kefir or Greek yogurt, sometimes Icelantic with berry's and seeds, sometimes nuts.

Does me well. I'm staying at my desired weight and I enjoy it.

Look into Gut health, it will change the way you eat.

Alot does depend on Mrs Bods cooking but I generally eat well most of the time.

When I don't my body feels it and I get back to eating healthy.

Yes I agree. After the evening meal, when I am perfectly full I still look for things to eat. I really need to work on my willpower before I seriously damage my health.
