Weight loss

I've heard they're popular for monitoring heart rate etc. when exercising but i suppose other versions are available. I took up Tai Chi years ago to stay loose but don't feel the need to have one for that.
How do you find the Tai chi?

Have mixed it a bit with one yoga teacher.

Relaxing. And challenging. It's an unusual discipline, making yourself slow down the movements so it felt a bit like a parody of the six million dollar man in a park, at first, but once i settled into the rhythm it became a good way of balancing the demands of mind and body.
I'm not sure it'll bring me any closer to immortality but i'll settle for a better understanding of how a body ages and adapting to the limits the aging process brings.
