Intermittent fasting

I finished my dinner 7pm
I made myself a flat white 7 30am the next morning. (I know thst is breaking the fast.)

However I didn't eat until 1 30pm.

Did I get any fasting benefit past the 12 or so hours ? As surely my energy levels weren't working off the small drop of milk I had at 7 30am?

I’m ok eating bacon for 2 if it helps.

I had a Chinese Friday night. It was nice but it doesn't make me feel good so I got back on the healthy stuff.

Still I will look forward to a roast this afternoon

We quite often have overnight oats with chia seeds in almond milk with some frozen fruit.

It's important to remember eating fats is an essential part of a diet. We all need them in some way.
Have you got one of those fitbit watches to keep an eye on all this excercise?

I've got a Samsung. Do fitbits do things better?


Talking with a girl a the gym this morning saying just that. We need to eat a bit of shįt.
It used to be with me when on a health wave, if I had a bit of shįt then I'd crave more shįt.

On my current wave I crave my healthy stuff after having a bit of Shįt.

Yes
In a pudding bowl. Make 4 at a time from 1L milk
Night before
30-40g of oats
1-2 TBSP chia seeds
250ml of Almond milk
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
Good stir and push any seeds stuck to the side of the bowl into the liquid.
Into the fridge. Ready by the morning. Good for a few days

Sometime have it just like that. Sometimes add frozen fruit night before or fresh in the morning. Nuts/seed mix on occasion

I've heard they're popular for monitoring heart rate etc. when exercising but i suppose other versions are available. I took up Tai Chi years ago to stay loose but don't feel the need to have one for that.
