I love my food so not keen on cutting down.

Tonight's meal was Buckwheat Tempeh, tomatoes , cucumber , Prawns, mushrooms, sprouts., chives. Probiotic yogurt

All gut healthy stuff.

Try to chew my food if I remember and don't drink water with it, so my digestive works to its full capacity.

That looks so good. You do eat well. I am going to eat more salads with seeds etc. I made chicken and spinach pasta for dinner
 
For those who know about

Intermittent fasting

I finished my dinner 7pm
I made myself a flat white 7 30am the next morning. (I know thst is breaking the fast.)

However I didn't eat until 1 30pm.

Did I get any fasting benefit past the 12 or so hours ? As surely my energy levels weren't working off the small drop of milk I had at 7 30am?

My Mrs was on slimming world. I went along with it as I was also a couple of stone overweight.
Not for everyone but was something that could be measured to keep you on track.
Also combined with moving a bit more. Walking and Youtube aerobics.

Some really tasty recipes that didn't feel like we were missing out
Slimming Eats also a good source of sensible, tasty food.

Both lost a decent amount of weight. Most of my 2.5 stone loss has stayed off.
 
Thank you. I didn’t know this . I will check my bmi . Can’t remember what it is

BMI is a best an idea of weight, for an average person. Even a thin person can have what appears to be a too high BMI, due to a large muscle mass and being big boned.

I'm a firm believer that "Slimming World" & all of its ilk are 'nowt more than money making cults.

They have no interest in your health, all they care about is your money.

They are money making businesses. Not sure about cults. (All hail the great overlord Syn).
It is relatively simple to follow and track to keep within recommended calories and portion control.
You could do this yourself with some work.
