Correct. The 'mackers' are a Highways gang (part Scouse part Stoke) that repaired the footpath after a cable shorted. I asked them to repair the footpath for me as a foreigner. They did it in two phases (I hadn't finished the wall when they arrived to their repair), although the second phase took them longer to get around doing, than expected. I did the edging and the block paviors and pointing (Sika deep grey).
