Not sure about other states but in Georgia, if found guilty, the minimum sentence will 5 years in prison. The only person/body that can pardon him is the parole board, and he will have to wait 10 years from the point at which he was sentenced before he can apply.

Why am I stupid for listening to a Daily Beast podcast?
In a recent episode, they interviewed a lawyer about both of the federal cases. The judge actually defended Aileen Cannon (the judge that allowed Trump to have a special master in the documents case, the judge was later b* slapped by the higher 5th circuit judges). The same lawyer also pointed about potential hurdles in the Fani Willis case.
It is perfectly possible for people that dislike someone to make honest assessments about them.
But, hey, I am not a conspiracy nut cult member, so what would I know?
