Ive been given some wines that have been,to my taste pretty bad and left for mulling but on tasting the next day have been very acceptable.
Well its a bl00dy good job humans drink wine and not machines thenWell, running samples through a gas chromatography machine, which is much more sensitive than anyone's palette show no changes in the wines chemical signature, so it must be psychological. But if you want to carry on, then by all means go ahead.
