I've just made a start, on the new batch of my dry white. This time from a different source than I'm used to. I used to 'brew' Wilko's medium white, until they shut. Their kit supplier, suggested that they supplied a similar kit to The Range, which was the last batch, I made, and which I tasted today, for the first time.
Fermented in the summer, it fermented out in super quick time. Taste, proved drier, than the Wilko version, but otherwise nowt like the Wilko version. It seems to have an hint of apple, but none-the-less, quite acceptable..
