What are you having for breakfast?

Healthy one this morning. Weetabix, oats, yoghurt, flax seeds, banana, grapes and honey. Lots of it though.

Dare I mention that a lot of the vegan stuff includes American soya that is GM based? Or is that @transam's prerogative
Not sure that's correct, although I will stand corrected if it proves so.

In the 90s, Morning Star Farms imported a very tasty veggie bacon, it was sold by Tesco.

But it came out that it was made from GM ingredients, and hasn't been seen in the UK since.

Jumbo rolled oats soaked in water over night. Drained and shaked
High heat in semi skimmed milk until boiling then simmer until soft. Add blue berries and strawburys. A squeeze of Low GI algarve syrup.

Don't do the Low Gi algarve..... it was fake news.... Honey is better...

It sounded lovley. I can't talk I had a McDonald's breakfast wrap this morning as well. The problem with this is I really do enjoy and they are so cheap

Here's some good news.... McDonald's don't do breakfast wraps anymore.
