A bowl of jumbo oats porridge, maple syrup & powered cardamon, made with semi-milk. Along with a cup of filtered coffee and a slice of Vogels bread with 100% peanut butter.
This results in lots of 'movement' a couple of hours later.
I know that all the best chef's are men but I've never been able to fry an omelette that I'm happy with, until today, when a mate fryed me 2x perfect little omelettes in his new omelette maker when I picked him up to go shooting.
Bought one on the way home & so far we've eaten ourselves silly on the lightest fluffiest spring onion, mushroom & halloumi cheese omelettes till the eggs ran out.
