What are you having for breakfast?

I'm cutting down my meat consumption, especially processed. But I do struggle with bacon sandwiches, so weaken occasionally. Last week I succumbed to long piece of French stick filled with unsmoked back and couple of fried eggs. Plus the obligatory HP. Simple pleasures!
An egg banjo. I like it. (y)

Staying on farm caravan site next week, specialises in home cured bacon & free range goggies, bought a new frying pan specially

I know that all the best chef's are men but I've never been able to fry an omelette that I'm happy with, until today, when a mate fryed me 2x perfect little omelettes in his new omelette maker when I picked him up to go shooting.

Bought one on the way home & so far we've eaten ourselves silly on the lightest fluffiest spring onion, mushroom & halloumi cheese omelettes till the eggs ran out.

I may need more chickens . . . .
Stick the omelette while still in the pan under the grill once it's almost done.

Weetabix, oats, oat milk, strawberries, banana, red and green grapes, sultanas, golden flax seed and honey.

Fried veggie breakfast this morning. Friday morning fridge clear-out. Nothing wasted in the Mottie household. ;)

Just for @MynameisBod as I know he follows this thread and gets great inspiration from it.

Smashed avocado on toasted multi seed wholemeal bread, topped with a lightly poached free-range fresh egg seasoned with cracked black pepper and pink Himalayan salt. Noice. So Noice I had the same again straight after.

I smashed the back doors in this morning. No room for eggs

Overnight oats. I usually have my oats with weetabix underneath and eat them straight away with cold milk. I read that to get the benefit of oats, they should be soaked for at least two hours so I’ve done myself some overnight oats. Oats, milk, yoghurt, strawberries, grapes, honey and…….nope, that would be giving Bod the answer in his quiz thread. :ROFLMAO:
