What are you having for breakfast?

I always poach them hard for safety,
Safety? What safety? No, no, NO! Soft yoke. I use a frying pan to poach my eggs and I always roll the egg round in the boiling water for 15-20 seconds before cracking them and plopping them straight in. I find that stops them spreading halfway across the pan.

How deep the water, in your frying pan, when poaching?

I thought UK chickens were vaccinated against that, and I've never been ill due to soft-boiled or poached eggs.
Hadn't checked since Edwina went off message, apparently you can eat raw eggs too.

Greek yoghurt with nuts, seeds and honey. Straight from the pot, no washing up, just lick the spoon clean. ;)

After my yogurt starter breakfast and following my daily dog walk, I rustled up my main brekkie. Tomatoes on toast.

Busy morning today so just a coffee and cantuccini. Might make time for elevensies later.

Yoghurt at 6.30 then after my gym 'n' swim, a sneaky toasted egg and bacon sammich when Mrs Mottie had left the house. ;)
