What are you having for breakfast?

Usual Greek yoghurt, nuts, seeds and honey for breakfast but caramalised tomatoes on a seeded bagel for elevensies.

Poached eggs and asparagus on toast this morning. Lots of asparagus.

Is it only me and Austin Powers who's wee smells after eating asparagus?

Action starts around 1:10 if you can’t wait….

Some of those individually wrapped supermarket croissants with apricot jam. I have heard they work great in an air fryer but I don't have one. I put them in the top oven whilst it's still cold and give them ten minutes set at 120. They just start to crisp and I really like them this way.

It's the main reason I eat asparagus ;)

Love that clip!

Most people can smell it I think. My Dad couldn't, though.

I had some roast spuds, sprouts, carrots and parsnips left over from yesterdays roast so I bubbled it up for breakfast this morning. Bloody 'andsome. Nothing goes to waste in the Mott household. ;)

Just a fried egg this morning. Didn’t really want it as going on a shoot and breakfast, elevensies, lunch and dinner are all provided but I just had to try out my new one-egg frying pan that I bought yesterday!

Lately I'm on Porridge (microwave). But with a frothy large egg omelette on top, done in a 1 egg pan like Mottie's in previous post.
I thought it was odd at first, but they both take 2 minutes so go on together and it's v filling.

Sounds interesting. I might give that a go.

Gave it a shot this morning. I separated the whites and yolks from two eggs, whipped up the whites to a firm froth then folded the yolks in before making a frothy omelette. Came unstuck when I tried to flip it though so looked a bit of a mess. Placed that on top of my porridge and tucked in. Different! Definitely filling though. (y)
