Like Windrush, the contaminated blood scandal, the dodgy dossier (justification for Iraq war), kids being murdered while under the noses of child "protection", PPE corruption, to name but a few, the standard response will be "lessons will be learned".


As long as individuals are unaccountable for the decisions they make - "the Post Office" can't make decisions - this sort of thing will go on and on.

I think the Irish lad is a good actor. Started off a bit funny. Then a bit awkward. Then a bit gay. Then a bit vulgar. Then it just turned. Honestly I wish I stopped when he started licking the plug hole .

But you know what it like. You just have to finish it off.

I’m watching those ex postmasters on BBC breakfast telling their stories. It is so terribly upsetting. Years later, they are still having trouble telling how it affected them without breaking down in tears.
