There's are Great Tit in my garden at the moment.

Oh, hang on, Mrs Secure is calling me in.

We spent a week on the Kennet and Avon canal with an Aussie couple, we sat out on deck with Merlin running, when it identified a Great Tit they found it highly amusing even sending pics of the screen to friends back home

Usual dog walk this morning but using the Merlin app that @crystal ball told me about, it identified the following:

Managed to replace the flush pump on the MH toilet, I was getting 12 volts on my meter but not enough grunt to drive the pump trace the wiring back to an outside socket which had a some green goo in it, disconnected it and the pump works, must have been a corroded connection in the socket I reckon

Made my first real soup using my own squash, onion, garlic and chilli! I followed THIS recipe (I halved the quantities for just two servings) and I have to say, it is THE most tastiest soup I’ve ever although I may be biased. No, sod it, I’m not biased, it's flipping luvverly! I’m going to warm up a couple of Demi baguettes that I bought this morning and Mrs Mottie will have a cracking lunch when she comes home.

Cut the grass quickly before the next week of rain starts. Made a pretty bad job of it as it was still wet but as dog owners on here will testify, it’s easier picking up off of short grass than trying to find it in the long stuff!
