(That is Tim Martin is Australian.)
Were you thinking of Tim Minchin or not thinking and just writing nonsense as is usual lately.
It is true that anyone can enter, but it is the British Government which chooses not to follow up.
Do they get the infamous house and benefit if they don't tell
No but to stay here you need a tax number to do nearly everything and to get one you have to have a job to go to or be able to support yourself.
That is - comply with EU rules. That Britain does not do this, is, for the umpteenth time, not the fault of the EU.
Obviously you have picked Bulgaria because it is a bit backward, but substitute Germany or France and get a job there.

Perhaps you ought to get a job on Border Force if you can tell one at a glance or foresee the future.
Until then stop writing twaddle, Donald.
It wasn't that long ago that single women could be refused service in a pub, so something has changed. Another plus point for 'spoons is that they don't have music.I think society has changed and pubs dont offer what people need.

Its about control who we let in...
Great in theory, but not practice. As the numbers of EEs coming her have dipped in recent years due to worries over Brexit, our politicians have upped the numbers of non EEs to compensate.
We're going to get high immigration whatever flavour it is for the foreseeable future. Think I would prefer hard working EEs to the dross that is beating a path to our shores from elsewhere.

Immigration is needed to satisfy the labour demands of thr UK economy.
