Neither do I - unless of course the Tories have their wet dream come true and privatise the NHS. Then if your financial data is available to the first responder they'll know whether or not it's worth loading you onto a stretcher and which hospital to take you to, or whether to just leave you lying in the road. It's called data matching. It's called the free market economy
