Wiring smart thermostat

Got new thermostat salus it500rx. Old one was rxrt510.
I've connected wires same way as it was on old one.
Boiler is on so power is there , thermostat is working and changing states when on off, (can hear clicks) but the boiler is not reacting, it's no turning heating on when thermostat sends signal.
Can you help me maby there is something wrong with connection? I'll attach pictures of both
Boiler got 3 wires Brown black grey
Main power supply I obviously red and black

Sorry no, Same way, means LN from power outlet, then NO black, Com Brown, grey to neutral, had to switch back as its very cold today

And the link wire between L and COM?

On the CH side and not the AUX connections?

If so, try again, post a photo so we can double check.
If it still doesn't work, it may be faulty from new, or needs additional settings changed?
What position were the receiver switches in?

On the aux side, does it matter? As it can controll 2 channels.

Use the CH side.
The system default would be set to CH.
Aux can be used for a separate zone, or for hot water control, with a system boiler.
