micro aggression is a word that describes what ethnic minorities face throughout their life.

If you faced a lifetime of negative comments uttered at times everywhere you went throughout your life you wouldn’t think it is nothing.

The problem when you don't target the micro aggressors and target everyone, by trying to change language, is that you annoy a lot of people who have never shown aggression to you and you weaken the cause. BLM, positive discrimination, glass ceiling, gender pronouns etc. Tackle those with the problem not accuse "society" of having a problem.

Why aren't they protected from negative comments "shaping their lives"?
