Worcester Boiler no hot water

Terry i have done what you have mentioned but the hot tap in the bath still runs cold

Show us a pic of bath tap .if the basin tap is running hot water continuously and no hot water flows from the bath tap whilst the basin tap is still running thats quite odd ,and points to an issue with the bath tap rather than the boiler.

Apologies, I thought by saying sink, you were on about kitchen sink. If you’re getting hot water at the basin, then sound’s likely to be the bath tap as Terry suggests. Is it a bath mixer?

See attached.
Taps must been in there at least 5 years with no issues.
Last month I fitted new washers to the taps but it’s been fine from then until today.

Very odd ,you need a plumber to visit ,what area of the country are you based in ?

Does the lever between the bath taps just divert and control the vol of water to the shower head or does is it also a mixer (manual or thermostatic). From the above it appears that you can't run the hot bath at the combi DHW outlet temperature because of a TMV under the bath?. Maybe shut off cold water supply to this TMV and measure the bath tap HW flow rate even if cold due to burner not firing.

I have not seen you mention if you have hot water at the kitchen sink?

Do you?

Hot water in kitchen sink ok.
Hot water in bathroom sink ok.

Hot water tap in bath cold.
The flow is fast & normally when I run a bath I turn it down a bit.
Under the bath is just pipes & no valves etc. The diverter lever on bath tap photo just sends water to taps or shower.

Just turned heating on for 10 minutes at 24 degrees & then turned on bath hot water tap but still cold.

Flame symbol on boiler cover is only lit at present when hot water taps in sinks are running or when I just switched heating on.
These get hot

But still cold now?. Can you turn off the cold feed at the boiler and check that the flow from the bath hot tap has also stopped?.

Yes still cold now.
It’s like it always is on respect of flow just cold as opposed hot.

I wouldn’t know which item to turn off at the boiler unless advised etc.

Ok, well, because the boiler flame signal isn't coming on then it only logically points to two things, either the flowrate through the hot tap isn't high enough to fire the boiler, very unlikely, as it only needs to be ~ 3LPM, or, its actually cold water that is flowing through the hot tap, for whatever reason.
