Possible, and justified to attain public support for any upcoming operations. Unlike similar events in other countries, no one is hurt and damage is minimal. I don't see any value in striking Kyiv, apart from going through the motions for the public. Taking odessa and the entire coast would be more useful. This will turn the remainder of ukraine into a country of corn farmers who will depend on the EU for handouts permanently.

Some speculate the drones were from non-russian side to aid removal of the comedian which will be blamed on the russians.
