Rosebank wouldn't boost energy security or bring down bills because most of the oil will be shipped overseas and whatever comes back to Britain will be sold at market prices.

That's right.
Most of it will be shipped to Norway for refining....then imported back. We import most of our oil from the vikings; then from America. The rest comes from Russia. It's got f. all to do with 'energy security' and everything to do with the lobbyists and Tory donors. It's nothing more than a bone thrown to the blue-rinse shires.
