The EU must fast be losing patience with France over Napoleons rage about the fishing and the submarine contract.
He was going to slap tariffs on all goods coming from UK, till the EU told him it was illegal.
He was going to shut off the electricity interconnectors to England, until the EU told him that would stop electricity getting to Ireland, and they're in the EU.
