I'm choosing not to ignore the written words of the WHO - they certainly do exist. And I choose not to pick out a few words and take them entirely out of context or disregard the universally understood intent (at least amongst the sane and rational majority of the global population).

I choose to ignore a great many written words on GD which certainly do exist. And I'm just about to up the count.
