i think that the perpetrator should be strapped down, legs akimbo, on the chunnel's track so that he may be "entered" at high speed by the train travelling at 200kmph. This should be mandatory light entertainment for all TV channels across the globe.

When I hear of such things, it occurs to me that if they rape such young children their 'members' must be absolutely tiny.

Perhaps a grape would be more appropriate than a melon.

Needless to say, if and when they are caught their reproductive organs should be immediately removed (without anaesthetic). They wouldn't do it again.

It's the "gang" bit that one has to think about. A group of loons happen to chance upon one another and decide that this is a good thing to do. I wish the same group could chance together and decide that jumping off a very high cliff onto a pile of rocks would be a good thing to do. A short lived tribe would be beneficial due to it's lack of longevity.
