Boiler working, Pump Working, Actuator working but No Heat or Water. Can anyone help?

I have just put some x800 in so lets see if that works

It won't if it just circulates around the parts that are free-flowing.
It needs to be concentrated on the blocked pipework and that requires force or at least some flow.
That's why sometimes a power flusher is required as it applies more force and can be reversed.
Compared to the force of your CH pump, it's a different league!
