Boiler working, Pump Working, Actuator working but No Heat or Water. Can anyone help?

Did you remove the actuator and turn the valve spindle manually to give CH only, pipe A hot, it doesn't matter what the actuator is calling for then, all we want to see is if the water then goes to CH only.
Yes i did that. Whatever position the Actuator is in or the valve only the Water Tank gets how.Heating isn't working no matter what i do

Well, maybe try a new valve then or and try opening shutting the pump isol valves 4 or 5 times to try and get them to seat, failing that you will have to drain the system down to change the pump to see if that's the problem.

Are you really sure that the MPV is going over to CH only which will ensure that all the circulation is just through the rads, if you are, then you can really start trouble shooting, might be worth doing those tests I suggested in post #36, even though a PITA.
The actuator is doing whatever it's called for CH or HW. But thats not making my radiators hot

All I can suggest is you try to get the circ pump isol valves tight (opening&shutting them 4 or 5 times might do), failing that you will have to drain down the system, and install that other pump with two new isol valves, inspect the old pump impeller vanes & ports for sludge etc and take it from there, still no guarantee though that this will work since two rads are OK + the DHW heating.

It's quite simple.
If the flow is open to CH and only 2 rads are getting warm/hot then either the pump is weak or the system is blocked.
