Here's a nugget to chew on with your pot noodle: when Rish! trots off to the G20 will he concede increased immigration from India to the UK in exchange for a trade deal ?

It's already happening...

The UK is now but a bit player on the world stage and has to cave in to any demands made of it...

At the same time as countries around the world realise they are better off inside a large trading bloc, the UK decides to do the opposite...

Not exactly the smartest move!

Of course if there were any benefits of such a move, surely someone could show us by now what they are?

Or just evidence of a single benefit?

I've told you before.
The number zero does become a bit tiresome sometimes...

I keep hoping a brexiteer (any brexiteer) will break the duck, but apparently we'll have to wait almost 50 years for even the slightest hint of a brexit 'benefit'...

Of course their crass stupidity will have been reversed long before then, but then the vast majority of them thankfully won't be around to hear 'told you so' ringing in their ears (y)

Little crown on beer glasses.

Also, the government claims that it is a Brexit Benefit that they can give housebuilders permission to pour extra sewage into rivers.

I wouldn't call that a benefit.

extra sewage into rivers.

I was watching the Sunderland event of the World Series triathlon on the iPlayer this week. On catch-up, as it were.

The commentators - who were obviously speaking "live" - kept mentioning that some of the teams had had overnight line-up changes enforced upon them, due to "bugs going around the hotel".

With the benefit of hindsight, we now know that it was less "bugs going around the hotel", and more a case of "turds in Roker Bay, slapping the swimmers as they go by"..............
