What it does state clearly in bold is....

It is important to note that is a criminal offence to install an unvented system without notifying the local authority.

It does say it in that 2 page document somewhere so please stop being pedantic.
I'm on my phone the now so can't get document from computer to repost but it does state the relevant members bodies or tickets you need to posess to work on unvented!!!

My intention with my Megaflow is just to carry out the routine checks. It's easy. Nothing will go wrong, and nobody will get hurt.

If I want to install one from scratch then I'll go on the course. It will be a breeze.
