Indeed.radial circuit 2.5mm cable
You should get one.Tbh I’m no electrician obviously
Just about the second most common MCB known to man (and woman).Does Anybody know where I can get a 16 amp breaker for my consumer unit please?
Don't forget the bottom of the plug too! LOLIt will be on a 13amp plug top.
Haven't read the whole thread but I'm a fully qualified electrician. What is the wattage of your new oven? The microwave on a 2.5 is no problem. It will be on a 13amp plug top. Ideally it's two 2.5 radial circuits so it should be on a 20A MCB maximum. Most cooker circuits are wired in 6mm

a 4mm cable that SPLITS INTO 2.5mm Cables for some reason
Oooh, you tinker, you!Don't forget the bottom of the plug too! LOL
3.2kw is 14A so your about right on a 2.5. That seems low power for an oven tho to be honest. The microwave will only be pulling about 5A. I'd stick it on a 20A MCB and see how you get on. The cable will be covered and from those wattages it shouldnt overload
