My all time favourite is a decent Stilton.

The black-packed crunchy cheddar at Lidl is damn good.

Like the gooey French cheeses too.

Oh sod it. I like all cheeses!

Which are your faves?

Love cheese, don't like the added bits, Morrisons are doing a cheeseboard on a slate this xmas, handy if there are gales over the festive season

goat, stilton, even a bit of baked Camembert. But Mozeralla and cottage are probably the best (health wise).

You gotta be joking about mozzarella it's 20% fat of which over 50% of that is saturated fat. Most definitely not good for you.

No, he's right. Cheddar and stilton are 35% fat, so Mozzarellas better; cottage cheese is about 10%, but it's not real cheese.

I'd normally go for a good stilton, but St Agur is a nice alternative. But if you got to start adding apricots etc, then sorry, but it's a poofy cheese with pretensions. No offence meant, but the fruit and nuts are an accompaniment, not in with it.

And the ports got to be a vintage one, decanted the day before.
