No, he's right. Cheddar and stilton are 35% fat, so Mozzarellas better; cottage cheese is about 10%, but it's not real cheese.
I'd normally go for a good stilton, but St Agur is a nice alternative. But if you got to start adding apricots etc, then sorry, but it's a poofy cheese with pretensions. No offence meant, but the fruit and nuts are an accompaniment, not in with it.
And the ports got to be a vintage one, decanted the day before.
Not really, feta, parmesan, ricotta, camembert, goats cheese, and even processed "cheese" are all lower in fat than mozzarella. As said it is also disproportionately high in saturated fat.
