saw a good proggie last night on the slit eyes on bbc2 last night , regarding the mountain ranges an all crushed into the flatlands of Japan ..a big quake which is due will sink the lot , (good , that was for my Grandad who never got over being on the Burma Torture railway as a POW in WW2)

My great uncle was in Burma in WW2, he'd never forgave them and wouldn't have anything Japanese in the house.
 
Yes, my great uncle was in a Japanese POW camp. Never have I seen scars like it, when I did fleetingly see them (he didn't display them, you understand). He never really recovered either.
