So let's use a bit of logic eh? The police opened the gate in 81? How many died? None.

The police opened the gates in 89 and how many died? 96

Therefore something different must have happened.

Why don't you tell what it was eh?

Certainly...

The Tottenham fans in 81 were able to move to the side to escape the worst of the crush. The livrpool fans in 89 were penned into the two centre sections by the extra side barriers that were added in between the two dates.
Added with the intention of making the enclosures seperate I may add.
The obvious problem with that was that although the outer turnstyles could show how many were in that end, there was no mechanism to show how many were in each section. That relied on the experience of the police monitors in the control room, Dukinfield had no experience.
Does that fully answer your latest stupid question joe?? EH?

People and the authorities can dress this up what ever way they like but at the end of the day a bunch of animals ramming each other to see a stoopid football match caused the deaths.
Brainless animals are rarely held accountable or blamed in these situations.

Another internet p###k?

Wolves v Liverpool- 1975/76. Last game of season. Wolves had to win to stay up and Liverpool had to draw to win league title.
(Kevin Keegan had dark hair then).

Pay on the door- as it was everywhere then.
Night game .

Absolutely manic at the gates- 'cry came out from turnstiles' ' ground full'- and the wolves turnstile guys tried to close the gate.
Liverpool 'fans' steamrollered it- and burst into the ground--they were even climbing up the walls on knotted scarves to get in.
It was horrible - the place was packed .
Kids were crying and women were afraid and also crying.

Spot the link !!.

Boris Johnson is pretty quiet about things now (lookup his views in the SUN). (for obvious reasons).
Nobody in Liverpool buys the Sun newspaper anymore -- .
Go figure !!
