The stupidity of the comments you have made speaks volumes. There was every need for me to insult you. You are an idiot.
Enough said. You were not even there, but seek revenge , for some imagined slight against you.
sooey, If my daughter had been killed , simply because some policemen opened a gate into a football ground, and a few?? thousand fans poured in, I'd tend to blame the few?? thousand fans who poured into the ground. Look at the facts. The police outside, had no idea what was happening in the ground. The fans who poured through the open gate, had no idea what was happening.
Surely, these same fans must have realised something was amiss when people started passing fans over their heads to the stand above? But still they poured in. Such is the lure of football (and other major sports events.)
There's absolutely no need for you to insult me.
This is a matter for the families, and the families alone, and as such, I will bow out of this thread, making no further comments.
I'll tell you now, I want to se every bstrd wo was culpable for that tragedy and the cover up nailed to the floor. That's me and I wasn't even there that day, and I lost no family or friends that day.
Enough said. You were not even there, but seek revenge , for some imagined slight against you.
you trolling this thread from the start with your irrelevant comments.
There are many causes for the Hillsborough disaster
At the end of the day, it's not going to bring anyone back. Some of the victims families are now talking about people being prosecuted. What they actually mean, is they want revenge. Nothing more nothing less. It would serve no purpose now , whatsoever.
The Liverpool fans have been vindicated. They've had an apology from the Prime Minister (who wasn't even an elected MP at the time) Would they feel better if Her Majesty issued a statement from Buck House apologising to, because she was on the throne at the time?
Just what do they want? (compensation? further apologies?, the re-introduction of the death sentence?) Just what will it take to appease the families? (not the whole of Liverpool, I might add)
There was a recent thread on here about "Public Grief" Do the "people of Liverpool" now feel they have the monopoly on this? Seems very much like it to me.
Common sense will tell you that if you have a large group of fans inside the turnstiles but outside the terraces then they will push to get in as the game has already started. It's human nature - so why deny it?
The pens were a known quantity, as was the way that crowds entering or leaving stadiums move. The real culprit was those stupid pens that stopped the natural overflow onto the pitch from happening.
Everyone knows that, and some are just chance, and sometimes some are the result of CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE.Like I've said all along - disasters are a string of events that just happen to tie in on the day.
