As other people have some bodies were destroyed, some bodies would have been destoyed/covered in the rebuilding of Europe, there are probably thousands of unmarked graves out there, also you yourself have mentioned the pits for those that died of disease, did these pits have a natural cause only clause written into them?

There are graves all over Europe, that answers your question to me about where the bodies are and the question I asked you about where the various bodies are, it is a completly nonsensical question which you think carries weight when you ask it, but bcan be rubbished when someone puts it to you.
